环保性汽车涂料的发展及应用现状

随着国际社会对制造业环保要求的日益提高,以及国内对清洁生产的日渐重视,世界各国纷纷采取不同的强制措施,来减少生产过程中对环境的污染和破坏,为此一种新型的环保涂料——水性漆得到成功发展。文章阐述了水性漆的特点、特殊性能及一般施工要求,介绍了水性漆在国内的应用现状,指出了今后对于新建的大型涂装线必须按照水性漆的工艺技术标准进行规划设计,水性漆做为一种新型环保型涂料在中国的涂装线上的应用将越来越广泛。

With the tightened requirements on manufacturing industry, our country gives much emphasis on clean production. Other countries take compulsory measures in succession to reduce pollution and destruction caused by production. Therefore, water based painting, a new environment-friendly painting has advanced successfully. This paper introduces features, special performance and normal operation requirements. At the same time, this paper expounds the application situation of water based painting in China, pointing out that large painting line should be designed and constructed according to the standards of technologies and techniques. As new type of environment-friendly painting, water based painting will be more and more popular in China.
