摘要
根据1900年以来发生在南北地震带上的大震资料，分析研究了强震的时空分布认为：①南北地震带地震主体活动地区每幕往南平均滑移约300公里；②从1988年开幕的南北地震带第Ⅳ个地震活跃幕在1996年2月3日云南丽江7．0级地震后可能已接近闭幕。该带的地震活动性可能会逐渐减弱。
Based on the strong earthquakes occured alone North-south tectonic belt in China since 1900, the time-space distribution characteristics of the earthquake is analyzed. Two conclusions are put forward:1 the seismicity migration distance between two seismic episodes is about 300 kilometer southward;2 The fourth seismic episode began in 1988 and may end with Feb. 3, 1996 Lijiang M7. 0earthquake and the degree of seismicity will decrease.
