胰岛素样生长因子-Ⅱ在不明原因不孕患者子宫内膜中的表达

摘要 目的探讨IGF-Ⅱ在不明原因不孕患者胚胎着床窗口期子宫内膜中的表达及其与不孕的关系。方法通过单克隆抗体SP免疫组化法检测不明原因不孕患者胚胎着床窗口期子宫内膜IGF-Ⅱ的表达。结果子宫内膜IGF-Ⅱ表达定位于胞浆,腺体强于间质。不明原因不孕患者组子宫内膜腺体H-score值142.73±24.85,间质106.03±25.30:对照组腺体H-score值165.70±19.42,间质126.10±21.22。两组间差异显著(p<0.05)。结论胚胎着床窗口期子宫内膜局部IGF-Ⅱ表达下降,可能是引起不明原因不孕的病因之一。 Objective To explore the expression of insulin-like growth factor Ⅱ (IGF-Ⅱ) in the window of implantation in unexplained infertile woman and the relationship of IGF-Ⅱ and infertility. Methods The SP immunchistochermical techniques with the monoclonoel antibody were used to detect the expression of IGF-Ⅱ in the window of implantation in unexplained infertile woman, Results IGF-Ⅱ were present in cytoplawn; the imanunostaining intensity in glandular was stronger than that of stroma. The H-sere values of glandular and stroma in the case group were 142.73 ± 24.85 and 106.(13 ± 25.30, respectively, compared with165.70 ±19.42 and 126.10 ± 21.22 in the control group with significant differences (P〈0.05). Conclusions The expression of IGF-Ⅱ in the window of iraplantation in unexplained infertile woman was decreased which maybe is one of the courses leading to unexplained infertility.
