摘要 文章主要论述了在汽车门内饰板的设计开发过程中,运用"静态挤压"试验工具,对门内饰板上在侧面撞击过程中对应的乘员胸部和腹部碰撞区域进行优化,使其在侧面碰撞发生时上述区域能够发生必要的变形甚至破坏,并且在变形或破坏的过程中产生的反作用力的峰值不大于一定限值以保护乘员。通过具体车型的具体产品的实践,可以得出结论:使用适当的原材料,进行适当的空间布置,在局部区域进行结构弱化如开槽、切口、厚度减薄等,可以有效提高门内饰板的安全性能。 The development process of door trim design is discussed. Static side impact component test procedure is used in door trim structure design optimization to provide effective protection of passengers, which allow door trim deformed adequately or even destroyed with a peak reactive force which is smaller than that allowed . There are several executions to optimize the door trim performance of passenger protection during vehicle side impact, such as right raw material selection, proper disposal, slot on local area, wall thinned and etc. to improve the safety of the door trim.
