摘要
在供应链环境下,客户对物流企业的服务质量要求不断提高;低劣的物流服务水平,诸如交货迟延、货物破损与丢失等等,都会带来高昂的质量成本损失,甚至丧失客户。物流企业的竞争正在由价格竞争转向以质量竞争为主;通过"服务质量差距模型"可以帮助物流企业分析问题,并找出导致差距产生的真正原因。
Under the circums.tance of supply chain management, client require better service quality which the logistics enterprise provide; low-grade logistics service would make very high quality cost lose and even lose the clients such as delay dehvery, shattering and lose goods and so on. Competition of logistics service is changing from price to quality; the research on "service quality, analyize the reason and course of the third party logistics" would help logistics enterprise analyize and solve problem.
