基于多级模糊综合评判的军事运输绩效评价

Military Transportation Performance Evaluation Based on Multiple Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation

军事运输是军事斗争和后勤保障工作的基础,在整个军事物流活动中处于核心地位,其绩效正确的评价对军事运输发展有重要意义。针对军事运输绩效评价体系尚未完善,立足军事运输客观实际,分析了军事运输绩效评价原则,构建了评价指标体系,并运用FAHP方法建立了多级模糊综合评价模型,最后应用实例说明了评价(模型)过程的可行性和可靠性。

This paper, which focuses on the purpose of evaluating military, transportation perfonuance closely, analyses how to evaluate military transportation and constructs a system for evaluation index and establishes a model of muhiple fuzzy comprehensive evaluation using a method called FAHP. At last, it clarifies the dependence and feasibility of the evaluating model by practical example.
