摘要 采用新的改性材料,参照有关规定和自行设计的方法,对YGJ—快速堵漏灌浆液原材料组成之间的影响因素进行了研究。结果表明:通过配方优化试验能够调整出最佳配方;测试了最佳配方的重要性能,其中固结体的湿粘结性能、浆液粘度、膨胀率、固化时间和质量稳定性等性能有很大的改善,抗渗指标达到P14以上,同时探讨了防水堵漏的微观反应机理。使用该材料在工程中进行了应用,取得良好的效果,值得应用推广。 Effects on the relations between the factors of YGJ-fast-water-resisting agent with newly modified components were studied according to related codes and by self-designed methods. The results show that the optimal ratio of the raw materials by the test of mix-proportion optimization can be found,and its important properties were tested, including wet binding strength ,viscosity, bulk expansive rate, hardened time and impermeability more than P14,etc..Furthermore, its micro-mechanism of resisting water is discussed. The construction of a project reveals that it has a good result and is worthy of popularization.
