摘要
为解决地面模拟空中飞行控制装置的支承问题,试制了气体静压万向球轴承。其加工工艺是利用现成的滚珠轴承的钢球作球体,并以钢球为模具,用玻璃钢做出配套球窝,解决钢球和球窝配合问题,成功加工出气体静压球面轴承。实现了加工成本低、周期短、配合尺寸误差小,工艺简捷可行的目标。
The all-direction aerostatic ball bearing is made to solve the problem of supporting the land-based simulating device of aircraft control. The processing technique involves the adoption of a steel ball from a ready-made ball bearing. Using the ball as a mold, a matching hemisphere socket is made from GRP, thus coupling the socket with the ball. The all-direction aerostatic ball bearing is created with the achievement of goals as low manufacturing cost, short manufacturing period, small fitting error and accessible processing techniques.
