摘要
针对煤矿通风机高稳定性和强实时性的特殊控制要求,文章设计了一套煤矿风机智能远程监控系统,并提出了一种双机热备变频调速控制方案,主备控制器采用参数互备、故障自动切换等方式,保证了控制系统的实时性和不间断地稳定运行。该系统通过实时监测风机轴温、工作电压、巷道风压等参数,实现了风机工作状态的全面远程监控,并具有超限控制、报警、打印等功能。
According to the demands of high reliability and good real-time of mine ventilator, the paper designed an intelligent remote monitoring system and presented a control scheme of variable frequency variable speed(VFVS ) with dual-controller. The active/standby controller adopted modes such as parameters' backup each other and automatic switch-over for fault, which assured real-time and stability of the control system. The system realized remote monitoring for working status of ventilator through monitoring the parameters such as axes temperature and working voltage of ventilator and wind pressure of lane way in real-time, and it had the functions of overweight control, alarming, printing and so on.
