摘要
在一定渗氮温度条件下,研究了45钢和40Cr钢进行离子渗氮时,氨流量对渗氮层形成的影响。结果表明,氨流量影响ε相的形成速度和渗氮层深度;通入大流量氨,会促进ε相形成。ε相是一个介稳相,它的形成与分解,在一定的氨流量时达到动平衡。
Both 45 steel and 40Cr steel being ion nitrided at certain nitriding temperature,the effects of ammonia flow on formation of their nitrided layers have been studied.It was shown that ammonia flow influences ε phase formation velocity and nitrided layer depth,the addition of big flow ammonia can accelerate ε phase formation.ε phase is a substable phase,its formation and decomposition can be reached dynamic equilibrium at certain ammonia flow.
