CD_4^+、CD_(25)^+调节T细胞在宫颈癌患者外周血中的表达及临床意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察宫颈癌患者外周血CD_4^+、CD_(25)^+调节T细胞表达情况。方法采用流式细胞术检测30例宫颈鳞癌、73例宫颈上皮瘤病变(CIN)及30例正常妇女外周血CD_4^+、CD_(25)^+调节T细胞表达百分率。结果宫颈鳞癌患者CD_4^+、CD_(25)^+调节T细胞表达率与CIN比较差异有显著性(P<0.01);CINⅢ型与CINⅠ型、CINⅡ型比较差异有显著性(P<0.01),CINⅠ型与CINⅡ型比较差异无显著(P>0.05)。结论宫颈癌患者外周血CD_4^+ CD_(25)^+调节T细胞数量表达率明显增高。CD_4^+、CD_(25)^+调节T细胞可能在宫颈癌患者免疫耐受中发挥重要作用。
