延胡索的薄层色谱鉴别研究

Identification of rhizoma corydalis by thin-layer chromatography

目的建立一种可以同时鉴别延胡索药材多种有效成分的薄层色谱方法。方法采用两次展开薄层色谱法。结果薄层板在紫外灯(365 nm)下观察,供试品中延胡索乙素,小檗碱,巴马汀3种有效成分被检识。结论操作简便,重现性好,为鉴别延胡索药材提供了更为有效薄层色谱方法。

Aim To establish a new TLC method for identifying many active components of rhizoma corydalis. Method TLC experiments were performed with two solvent systems. Result Tetrahydropalmatine, berberine and palmatine in the samples were identified. Conclusion The method was convenient, available and reproducible to identify rhizoma corydalis.
