It is proved that the feasibility and necessity of constructing LSAW pipe mill in China through the investigation of constructing crude oil, natural gas, coal slurry and mineral slurry pipeline. It is described that our country already has the condition to produce LSAW pipe through analysis of the production of medium thick plate in China.
