摘要
对X56、273×10mmERW管母材和焊缝进行了夏比冲击韧性、断裂韧度和裂纹张开位移试验,测量了母材和焊缝系列温度的CVN—SA、JR阻力曲线和COD阻力曲线,对其断口进行了电镜观察和熔渣能谱分析。认为板母、管母及焊接接头夏比冲击韧性大多达到较高水平。并且断裂韧性相近。
The experiment of sharp impacting toughness, fracture toughness and crack opening displacement to ERW pipe base metal and welded seam with O.D 273×10mm, grade X65 had been done. The CVN SA under base metal and welded seam series temperature, J R resistance curve and COD resistance curve had been measured. Its fracture is observed by electric microscope and slag is analysed by energy. It is considered that charp impacting toughness of plate base metal and pipe base metal mostly reached higher level and their fracture toughness is similiar.
