对于观光农业发展的组织评价及思考——以京郊“农家乐”发展为例

SWOT Analysis on the Development of Sightseeing Agriculture

观光农业是以农业项目为依托,以城市游客为服务对象,通过规划设计来满足游客观光、休闲、娱乐、体验等需求的现代农业。在实际调研的数据和案例资料的基础上,针对观光农业中"农家乐"这一具体的发展方式,运用管理学中"SWOT"分析方法进行组织评价,分别对它内部的优势和劣势、外部的机会和威胁进行了分析,并提出为促进"农家乐"的良好发展,相关部门应该建立健全辅导员制度,在一定区域内建立服务规范并开展培训,促进基础设施建设,协调多方力量努力解决农户的融资问题。

Sightseeing Agriculture is a modem type of agriculture which satisfies the entertainment demands from people living in the city, such as tOUrism, leisure, and experience. This article analyzes ＂Travel Club in farmers＇ house＇, one form of the sightseeing base of the data from investigation. We evaluate the agriculture, using the method of SWOT Analysis on the strength Club in farmers＇ house＂ . Furthermore, in order to develop , weakness, opportunity and threat of ＂Travel this type of agriculture, the government should establish counselors system and service standard, organize training programs, promote infrastructure construction and solve the problem of loan.
