摘要
将搭焊改为对焊是提高中直径高频螺旋焊管质量的可靠途径。介绍了在219高频对接螺旋焊管工业试验机组上力能参数的测试原理与方法。运用电测法,采用先进的计算机多通道实时连续采样系统,完成了各参数的测试,分析了挤压量、成型角等工艺参数对结果的影响。测试结果将为新机组的设计及理论研究提供依据。
It is a reliable way to improve the quality of medium diameter high frenquency spiral welded pipe by changing lap welding to butt welding. The testing principle and method of mechanical parameter on O.D. 219 high frenquency butt spiral welded pipe industrial tester are introduced. The testing of each parameter is completed and the influnce of results to procedure parameter such as squeeze amount, forming angle etc. is analysed by applying electric testing method and adopting advanced computer multi channel real time continous sampling system. The testing results will provide basis to the design and theory of new tester.
