根据锤头的服役条件和主要失效方式,设计了一种低合金铸钢锤头材质.工业性生产试验表明,该材质锤头的使用寿命比高锰钢锤头高出一倍多.
A low alloy cast steel has been selected according to tbe service conditions and the main failure meansof hammers. The industrial test shows that the service life of this steel hammers is more one time than that of highmanganese steel's,and this steel can be used to make the hammers instead of high manganese steel.
