Thoughts on Improving the Employment Rate in Higher Vocational Education

随着高职教育的发展,高职学生的就业成为当前最突出的问题。为了解决这个问题,高职院校应从专业设置、课程改革、产学合作等方面深化教学改革,坚持高职教育以市场和就业为导向的办学思路,加强师资队伍的建设,提高高职学生的综合素质,从而不断提升毕业生的就业水平。

With the development of the higher vocational education, the employment of higher vocational students has become the most serious problem nowadays. In order to solve this problem, higher vocational colleges should deepen the reform of teaching in the respects of major setting, curriculum reform, and the co- operation between industries and colleges. The vocational colleges should insist the schooling way guided by market and employment and strengthen the construction of teaching staff to improve the comprehensive quality of higher vocational students and improve the employment rate of graduates.
