摘要
用扩散偶-电子探针法测定了Ti-al二元系的局部相平衡关系和成分,并用Matano法计算了β,α,γ相的互扩散系数.研究结果表明:Ti-al二元系高温局部的相平衡关系应是β/α和α/γ.γ相的互扩散系数在化学计量成分处呈最小值.
Partial phase equilibrium relationships and compositions in the Ti-al binary system are studied by diffusion couple and EPMa method. Interdiffusion coefflcients of β,αand γare calculated by Matano method. The results showed that the partial phase equilibrium relationships should be β/ αand α/ γ,and the interdiffusion coefficient of γ phase has a minimum value at stoichimetric composition.
