摘要
将从实验中得到的单颗粒球团矿动力学模型运用到直接还原炉中,针对不同加碳比例、不同还原温度、不同还原气供给量进行了模拟计算,得到了一些可资参考的结果。模拟结果表明,加碳球团系统较好地解决了扩散“瓶颈”问题,反应速度约加快1倍。在考虑的情况下,1373K的进气温度和1310∶62的精矿粉对杂质的比例是最好的选择。
This paper has presented results of a reduction furnace by simulated various ratios of concentrates to carbon,various temperatures,and different amount of reducing gases using the semi empirical shrinking core model of a single particle.The results showed that a carbon added pellet system solved the problem of diffusion “bottleneck”,reaction rate roughly doubled.It is the best choice for (weight) ratio of concentrates to impurities to be 1310∶62 with entrance gases temperature at 1373 C under the conditions considered.
