摘要
比较了Si3N4结合SiC,Sialon结合刚玉,AlN结合刚玉,AlON结合刚玉材料与刚玉砖和粘土砖的抗高炉渣侵蚀及抗钢水侵蚀性。结果表明:与刚玉质、粘土质耐火材料相比,氧化物/非氧化物复相材料显示优良的抗渣渗透性和抗渣浸蚀性,与Si3N4结合SiC材料相比,AlN结合刚玉材料和AlON结合刚玉材料显示优良的抗钢水侵蚀性。
Si 3N 4bonded SiC,AlN bonded corundum,AlON bonded corundum,Sialon bonded corundum are tested by blast furnace slag and molten steel in comparison with traditional corundum and fireclay bricks.The results show that all the non oxide/oxide composite materials are of better slag resistance than traditional refractories.Also,AlN or AlON bonded corundum materials have better molten dissolution resistance than Si 3N 4 bonded SiC.
