摘要
江汉采油厂每年都要产生大量的污油。这些油乳化严重,含泥砂多、杂质多、粘度高,原油处理系统无法处理,堆积占用大量罐存,严重影响正常生产。对污油样进行室内药剂试验,设计现场简易处理装置和现场试验,并制定出了一套适合江汉油区污油处理的工艺流程。
About 2000t waste oil is produced each year in Jianghan Oil Production Plant. These oil, with serious emulsification, high content of silt particle, many impurities and high viscosity, cannot be processed in crude oil processing system and therefore occupies a large number of pot volumes, which seriously affects regular production. This paper takes an indoor medicament experiment to the samples of the waste oil, designs a simple site disposal device and carries on the field test and formulates a suitable technical process for Jianghan Oil Region Waste Oil processing.
