上肢深静脉血栓形成的临床特征(附14例分析)

Clinical Characteristics of Upper Extremity Deep Venous Thrombosis(A Report of 14 Cases)

目的探讨上肢深静脉血栓形成的病因、发病特点、临床表现及诊疗措施。方法对2004年1月至2007年10月我院14例上肢深静脉血栓形成的患者回顾性分析、随访和总结。结果本组患者男8例,女6例,平均55.1岁,以上肢疼痛、肿胀、功能障碍为主要临床表现,病程8 h^28 d。彩超及静脉造影确诊,以溶栓、抗凝、祛聚、改善循环及弹力袜等综合治疗,疗效满意。随访发现4例发展为深静脉血栓形成后综合征。结论上肢深静脉形成病因为上肢静脉损伤、血液高凝状态和血流淤积,应早诊断早治疗,规则药物治疗效果肯定,长期治疗有助减少血栓复发。

ObjectiveTo evaluate the clinical characteristics of upper extremity deep venous thrombosis（UEDVT）.MethodsFrom January 2004 to October 2007,fourteen patie nts with UEDVT were treated and the clinic data were observed and analyzed.ResultsThere were 8 males and 6 females in the 14 cases and the median age was 55.1 years.Pain,swelling and dysfunction were the main clinical manifestations in the affected extremities.The courses of disease were from 8 hours to 28 days.All patients were examined by ultrasonography or phlebography and treated by thrombolysis,anticoagulation and Stretch Socks.The therapeutic measures were effective.ConclusionVenous injury,stasis of blood and abnormalities of blood were the three primary factors in the development of UEDVT.Systemic long-term therapy were effective in UEDVT.
