分析了１９９２年世界５００家最大工业企业资本结构与资产额、销售额及利润额的关系。分析结果表明，大型企业资本结构与资产额、销售额呈正相关关系，而与利润额呈负相关关系。

This paper analyses the relationship between the capital structure of the largest 500 enterprises of the world and their assets, sales,and profits.The results show that large enterprise′s capital structure and assets,sales are positively correlated,and profits are negatively correlated.
