摘要
采用半固态搅拌法+热挤压成功地制备了SiCp/ZA22复合材料,对其组织、界面结构、力学性能等进行了研究。研究结果表明,复合材料中的SiC颗粒分布均匀、组织致密、颗粒与基体界面结合良好,表现出高的力学性能。
The SiCp/ZA22 composites have been obtained by semisolid metal mixing method and further by the hot extruding.Then,the microstructure,the mechanical propeties and the structure at the atomic scale of the interface in the composites have been investigated.The results obtained show that SiC particulates distribute even in the extruded composites,this material has good mechanical properties because of the dense structure and the tight combination at the interface between the particulates and the matrix.
