青少年涉毒犯罪的司法防范与控制体系——基于贯彻“宽严相济”刑事政策的分析

The Judicial Guarding and Control System for Juvenile Drug-related Crimes——An Analysis Based on Carrying out the Criminal Policy "Temper Justice with Mercy"

青少年涉毒犯罪已经成为一个非常严重的社会问题。在有关青少年涉毒犯罪的司法实践中,必须切实贯彻"宽严相济"的刑事政策,特别是要结合近年来颁布的有关未成年人刑事案件的司法解释,注重"双向保护",加强对青少年涉毒犯罪的司法防范与控制。

The juvenile drug -related crimes have been a very serious problem in the society. In the correlative judicial practice, the criminal policy of ＂ Temper Justice with Mercy＂ should be carried out faithfully. Especially we have to combine it with the judicial explanations about minors^criminal cases which are enacted in recent years, pay attention to ＂double - oriented protection＂ , and strengthen the judicial guarding and control over the juvenile drug-related crimes as well.
