大学生就业压力源与焦虑的机理研究

Analysis on Employment Education from the Relationship Between Employment Stressor and Anxiety in University

运用方差分析、t检验分析了大学生就业压力源现状,采用相关分析和回归分析探索了就业压力源与焦虑的关系,结果显示:(1)就业压力源存在着学校类别和性别差异,专科生就业压力高于本科院校学生,女生感觉到的压力程度显著高于男生;(2)就业压力源各因子与焦虑得分呈显著的正相关;(3)大学生个人、家庭亲朋好友关系二因子对焦虑有一定的预测力.最后通过就业压力源与焦虑的关系进一步地分析了就业教育.

Factor analysis and T-test was used to analyze employment stressor, correlation analysis and regression analysis was employed to find out the relationship between employment stressor and anxiety. The results showed：（l） There existed significant differences among colleges and sexes. College students＇stress is higher than that of university students, and girls＇stress is higher than that of boys. （2） Employment stressor had positive relationship with anxiety. （3）Seniors themselves, the relatives and friends could predict anxiety. In the last, employment education through the relationship between employment stressor and anxiety in university is analysed.
