摘要
考察了ZrO2改性Co/活性炭(Zr-Co/AC)催化剂在浆态床反应器中的Fischer-Tropsch合成反应性能及反应条件对催化剂活性和选择性的影响。实验结果表明,适量添加ZrO2助剂可明显提高Co/AC催化剂对Fischer-Tropsch合成反应的催化活性,降低甲烷的选择性并提高C5+烃的选择性。当Zr-Co/AC催化剂(Co质量分数为15%)中Zr的质量分数由0增加到6%时,CO的转化率从36.4%增加到67.9%,甲烷选择性从15.4%降低到10.1%,而C5+烃的选择性从71.4%增加到79.3%。当Zr-Co/AC催化剂中Co质量分数为15%、Zr质量分数为2%时,适宜的反应条件为:温度493~503K、压力2.5~3.5MPa、气态空速500~2000h-1、催化剂在浆态液中的体积分数为2.50%。在此条件下催化剂的活性和C5+烃的选择性较高。
Performance of ZrO2 modified Co/activated carbon ( Zr-Co/AC ) catalysts in Fischer-Tropsch synthesis and effects of reaction conditions were studied using a slurry reactor. A suitable amount of ZrO2 promoter can remarkably increase catalyst activity, decrease methane selectivity and improve C5^+ fraction selectivity. When mass fraction of Zr in Zr-Co/AC catalyst( mass fraction of Co is 15% ) increased from nil to 6%, CO conversion increased from 36.4% up to 67.9%, selectivity to methane dropped from 15.4% to 10.1%, and selectivity to C5^+ rose remarkably from 71.4% up to 79.3 %. Under optimistic reaction conditions : 493 - 503 K, 2.5 - 3.5 MPa, GHSV 500 - 2 000 h^- 1, and catalyst volume fraction in slurry 2.50%, 2Zr-15Co/AC catalyst( mass fraction of Zr and Co are 2% and 15%, respectively)exhibits high activity and selectivity to C5^+ fraction.
