摘要
聚丙烯接枝改性的方法很多,其中超临界CO2协助固相接枝法是一种高效节能的方法。比较了聚丙烯的各种接枝改性方法;综述了超临界CO2协助多单体接枝聚丙烯的研究进展及其对多单体接枝反应的协助作用;介绍了采用超临界CO2协助固相接枝法,在不同温度、压力和时间的条件下,超临界CO2对接枝改性聚丙烯性能的影响;同时对多单体接枝反应机理进行了论述。
Several technologies can be used for polypropylene modification, among which SOlla phase grafting in supercritical CO2 is considered to be a highly efficient and energy saving method. Different grafting technologies for polypropylene modification were compared. Latest advances in research of polypropylene grafting modification in supercritical CO2 and its advantages were reviewed. Influences of reaction temperature, pressure and time on grafting of polypropylene in supercritical CO2 were discussed in detail. Reaction mechanism of polypropylene grafting in supercritical CO2 was discussed.
