摘要
合成一对猪Ⅱ型圆环病毒(PCV-2)ORF2基因特异性引物,对郑州分离株(ZZ)猪圆环病毒PCV-2型的ORF2基因进行了扩增。经测序后,并在GeneBank注册.
The ORF2 genome was amplified from from ZZ strain of PCV-2 respectively using the primers designed according to the PCV-20FR2 sequence published in Genbank. The nucleotide sequence of PCV-20RF2 gene was sequenced.
