摘要
涤纶超细纤维的浓染性差。这是由于涤纶的折射率较高以及纤维变细后表面积急剧增大所引起的反射率增加所致。用低折射率的聚氨酯、有机硅及有机氟树脂进行单个及复配树脂对涤纶超细纤维织物处理,可以获得增浓效果。对染色织物树脂整理前后的表观色泽浓度等各项参数进行了测定与分析。提出了这些树脂整理的增浓机理。提供了可供生产使用的增浓整理效果与方法。
Polyester microfibre is not a kind of deep-dyeable fibre.It is due to the fact that polyester has high refractive index and has high reflectance because of large surface area of microfibre.The darkening effect had been observed when low refractive resins such as polyurethane or/and silicone,and polyurethane or/and fluorocarbon were used.The apparent colour intensity of dyed fabrics were estimated before and after the darkening finishing.The mechanism of darkening finishing has been suggested.A darkening finishing method has been provided for producers.
