摘要
徐州地区既有住宅建筑普遍存在能耗大的问题.通过对该地区气候特征、既有建筑外维护结构热工性能等进行分析,从墙体、屋顶、窗户、采暖系统以及可再生能源在建筑中的应用等方面提出了对既有住宅建筑的节能改造技术措施.
High energy consumption is widespread in the existing domestic buildings in Xuzhou. Based on analyses of the clmate characteristics and the thermal performance of external maintenance structures of existing buildings in the area, this paper presents some techmical measures of energy-saving renovation for the existing domestic buildings, from such aspects as the wall, roof, window, heating system as well as the application of regenerative energy in construction.
