摘要
"双师"队伍建设是高等职业技术教育师资队伍建设的重要内容之一,是培养合格的高素质人才的重要保证.对"双师"的定位取决于人才培养目标,人才培养目标的确定又受到教育观演变的影响.因此,正确认识不同时代教育观的演变、人才培养目标的确定以及对"双师"定位的探索过程,有助于明确"双师"概念的实质,准确认识和把握"双师"的内涵.
The buildup of a contingent of double-professionally-titled teachers is one of the cardinal contents of the teaching staff building and the important assurance for training qualified tal- ents of high quality in higher vocational education. The orientation of double-certificated teachers depends upon the talent training objectives, the determination of which is then affected by the evolvement of outlook on education. Therefore, the conceptualization of development of educations outlooks and determination of talent training objectives in different times as well as the exploration of orientation of double-certificated teachers all contribute to further understanding the conceptual essences and precisely cognising and catching the connotations of double-professionally-titled teachers.
