在理性分析基础上确立大学战略——英美大学战略制定的理论与实践及其启示

To Establish Collegiate Strategy Based on the Rational Analysis——the Constituting Theory and Practice of British and American Collegiate Strategy and Revelation

我国大学在制定发展战略时往往忽视对内部和外部环境的充分分析,对环境和自身竞争力缺乏清晰的认识。文章通过介绍西方大学战略制定的理论与英美大学战略制定的实践做法,建议我国大学在制定战略过程中,应该增强外部环境分析中的科学理性,建立国内共享的高等教育数据库。

It often happens that our universities neglect sufficient analysis of interior and exterior environment in establishing developing strategy. It also lacks clear understanding of environment and self competitive strength. By introducing the theory and practice of western universities constituting strategy, it is suggested in this paper that in our process of constituting strategy, we should strengthen the scientific and reasonable analysis of the exterior environment and establish collegiate data base shared by domestic schools.
