体外与非体外循环冠脉搭桥术后心肌损伤标志物水平变化 被引量:3

Changes of Myocardiac Injury Markers between Conventional on-pump Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting and off-pump Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting

摘要 目的比较常规体外循环冠状动脉搭桥术和非体外循环冠状动脉搭桥术后血清肌钙蛋白I及肌酸激酶同工酶水平的变化,探讨两种术式心肌损伤的差异。方法选择36例行冠状动脉搭桥术患者,其中体外循环冠状动脉搭桥术组18例,非体外循环冠状动脉搭桥术组18例,分析两组肌钙蛋白I、肌酸激酶同工酶的血浆浓度变化。结果两组术前临床资料无显著性差异;体外循环冠状动脉搭桥术组术后观察期内血浆肌钙蛋白I及肌酸激酶同工酶较非体外循环冠状动脉搭桥术组明显升高(P<0.05)。结论非体外循环冠状动脉搭桥术组心肌损伤低于体外循环冠状动脉搭桥术组。 Objective To analyze the changes of cardiactroponin-Ⅰ and CK-MB between conventional on-pump coronary artery bypass grafting and off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting. Methods 36 patients received coronary artery bypass grafting,in which 18 received conventional on-pump coronary artery bypass grafting (group CCABG), and the other 18 received of Ppump coronary artery bypass grafting (group OPCAB). The changes of plasma cardiactroponin-Ⅰ and CK-MB were compared between two groups. Resuits There was no difference in the patient's data between two groups before surgery. In the observation period, the level of serum cardiactroponin-Ⅰ and CK-MB was much higher in group CCABG than that in group OPCAB(P〈0. 01). Conclusion The myocardial injury of off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting is lower than in Conventional on-pump coronary artery bypass grafting.
