摘要
近年来,房地产市场已由前几年的卖方市场转为买方市场,开发商说利润太低,购房者说房价太高。笔者以苏州市为例,对商品房的现状作了分析。
Abstract In recent years, the real estate industry is experiencing a buyers ′ market instead of a sellers ′ market. The buyers complain that the house prices are too high while the real estate agencies reveal that the profits of their business are very low. The author analyses the present situation of the commodity houses in Suzhou and based on his analysis points out that leasing is the effective way to overcome the inbalance of supply and demand of commodity houses in Suzhou and in China.
