摘要
加强区域旅游业空间集聚,是优化区域旅游业空间结构、提升区域旅游业竞争力和促进区域旅游地可持续发展的有效手段。区域旅游业空间集聚模式往往受基础要素(资源、要素等)、市场要素、外部性(政策、税收等环境)等因素影响。本文以长三角地区为例,根据指旅游产业集聚的来源或者要素匹配方式,划分为资源导向型集聚即旅游业在旅游资源密集区集聚过程、市场导向型即在客流市场推动、房地产等相关产业带动,以及政策引导型集聚即由于政策促进而形成的旅游空间集聚模式。
To strengthen space--assembling mode in regional tourism is an effective way to optimize the structure of regional tourist space, upgrade its competitive power and enhance the sustained development in the region. The space-assembling mode in regional tourism is often affected by such basic factors as resonrces,market,policy,taxation,etc..This paper, in terms of the source of tourlsm-assembling or factor-combination, studied the Changjiang-Delta Region and explored into such modes as resource--oriented assembling (the assembling of tourism in resorce-abundant areas),market-oriented assembling (the promotion of real estate and related industry) and policy-oriented ( the tourist-space assembling promoted by policy).
