英语教学中跨文化交际能力的培养

On the cultivation of the Ability of Cross-Cultural Communication in English Teaching

在经济全球化、世界大融合的今天,跨文化交际已成为一种现实需要。如果要使跨文化交际和谐且富有成效,交际者就应该具备有关对方语言和文化差异的知识,而且要客观地对待其他民族的文化传统和行为准则。反之,如果跨文化交际者认识不到或忽视这一切,就会导致交际双方的误解,甚至敌意。为了提高跨文化交际的能力,避免在交际中出现由于缺乏文化知识而导致的错误,本文从三方面对英语教学中跨文化交际能力的培养进行探讨。

With the development of the global economy and the melting world,cross-cultural communication becomes a necessity for us. And communicators must be equipped with the knowledge of source language and cultural differences if they want the cross-cultural communication to be conducted in a harmonious and effective way. To improve the ability of cross-cultural communication and to avoid errors caused by the lack of cultural knowledge, the paper discusses the three approaches.
