甘草泻心汤治疗复发性阿弗他溃疡的T淋巴细胞亚群变化

Change of the T-lymphocyte subsets in patients with RAU by herb

目的观察中药甘草泻心汤对复发性阿弗他溃疡患者T淋巴细胞亚群的影响。方法检测31例患者治疗前后外周血T淋巴细胞亚群变化,并与30例健康对照者进行比较。结果中药治疗后,CD3+细胞数量、CD4+细胞数量、CD4+/CD8+比值均升高,CD8+细胞数量下降,与治疗前相比有显著性差异,与健康对照组比较无明显差异。结论中药甘草泻心汤能改善RAU患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群失衡。

Objective To investigate the change of the T-Lymphocyte subsets in patients with RAU by herb.Methods T-Lymphocyte subsets were measured in 31 patients with RAU before and after treatment and 30 healthy controls.Results After treatment,the CD3^＋,the CD4^＋,the ratio of CD4^＋/CD8^＋ were obviously increased.Conclusion Herb can adjust the disorder of immunity of the patients with RAU.
