摘要
随着经济和社会的快速发展,对高职非英语专业学生的英语实际运用能力的要求愈来愈高。提高高职学生的英语实际运用能力,了解他们的学习动机是必不可少的。文章通过2007年6月在南京信息职业技术学院的一次英语学习问卷调查,分析了高职非英语专业学生的英语学习动机组成的四个方面:兴趣、信心、恒心以及评议,并对此展开了讨论。此四个方面相辅相成、紧密联系。高职教师在教学过程中,如能从以上四个方面来安排教学内容,开展教学活动,那么高职学生就可以在宽松的学习氛围中,激发和保持其英语学习动机,并通过参与教学活动来提高英语能力。
Practical English ability is highly voiced nowadays in colleges where three- year students are recruited. In June 2007, a survey was carried out, aiming at the analysis of their motivation. Once students are greatly motivated, teachers can organize certain activities to help students improve their practical English ability. Or students themselves can find their own suitable learning strategies to learn English well. Based on the questionnaire, the composition of three - year college students' motivation is discussed.
