翻译教学的历史不断演变,从视为对外交流的一种手段转变为专业的传统教学模式,其理念已被公认为助教与助学不可缺少的部分。传统的翻译教学理念已成为一种陈旧的定势,随着时代的发展,全球化与信息化促使对翻译人才的需求,引领传统教学模式与教学理念的改变与创新。文章就其利弊进行分析,提出翻译教学应适应现状,形成从"教"转换到"学"的新理念。
