聚氨酯-纳米倍半硅氧烷杂化乳液的合成与表征 被引量:5

摘要 采用带有8个胺盐基的POSS为原料,与不同的聚氨酯预聚体进行加成聚合,合成一系列POSS基高分子乳液胶粘剂。通过红外、X射线衍射、透射电镜和粒径分布分析等方法进行表征。杂化胶粘剂的乳液性能稳定,有进一步研究开发价值。 Using polyhedral oligomeris silsesquioxane(POSS) with eight amine salt groups (oaPOSS) as the raw material, a series of oaPOSS-based macromolecular emulsion adhesives was synthesized by copolymerizing of POSS and different polyurethane prepolymers. The hybrid emulsions were characterized with IR spectra , X-ray diffraction analysis ,TEM and particle size distribution analysis. The hybrid emulsion adhesives have stable properties and the value of further research and development.
