P[NaAA-AM-(DMEMA-EB)]在不同盐溶液中的溶胀性能

摘要 用溴乙烷和甲基丙烯酸二甲胺基乙酯合成N,N-二甲基-N-乙基甲基丙烯酰氧乙基溴化铵(DMEMA-EB),并以此含取代乙烯基结构的季铵盐、丙烯酸(AA)和丙烯酰胺(AM)为原料,十八烷基磷酸单酯为分散剂,通过反相悬浮聚合法合成含有阴阳2种离子的高吸水性树脂P[NaAA-AM-(DMEMA-EB)],它的溶胀性能受外部溶液的pH值、盐溶液中盐的离子半径、阴阳离子价态等因素影响。本文主要讨论了P[NaAA-AM-(DMEMA-EB)]分别在KCl、KBr、KI;MgCl2、CaCl2、BaCl2;NaNO3、Na2CO3、Na3PO4中的吸液性能。结果表明,整体上,P[NaAA-AM-(DMEMA-EB)]分别在KCl、KBr、KI溶液中的吸液率差异不是很大,当离子强度I<5×10-3mol/kg时,在3者中的吸液率顺序为KBr>KI>KCl,随着离子强度增加,吸液顺序变为KI>KBr>KCl;P[NaAA-AM-(DMEMA-EB)]在MgCl2、CaCl2、BaCl2和NaNO3、Na2CO3、Na3PO4溶液中的吸液率差异较在KCl、KBr、KI中的差异要大。在MgCl2、CaCl2、和BaCl2中整体上的吸液率顺序为MgCl2>BaCl2>CaCl2。而在NaNO3、Na2CO3、Na3PO43种不同阴离子价态的盐溶液中,当I<5×10-3mol/kg时,3者中吸液顺序为Na2CO3>Na3PO4>NaNO3;当I>5×10-3mol/kg时,在3者中吸液率顺序为Na3PO4>Na2CO3>NaNO3,即三价>二价>一价。 The superabsorbent resin having ampholytic ion pair poly (sodium acrylate/acrylamide/N, N-dimethyl-N-ethylmethacryloxyethy/ammonium bromide) ( P[ NaAA/AM/(DMEMA-EB) ] ) was synthesized by inverse suspension polymerization using N, N-dimethyl-N-ethy/methacryloxylethy/ammonium bromide ( DMEMA-EB ), acrylic acid (AA) and acrylamide (AM) as the raw materials and octadecylphosphosphate mono-ester as the dispersing agent. Many characters of outside saline affect the swelling behavior of P[ NaAA/AM/DMEMA-EB], such as pH value,ion radius and valent state of the anion or cation etc. The discussed salines in the paper are KCl, KBr and KI; MgCl2 ,CaCl2 and BaCl2 as well as NaNO3, Na2CO3 and Na3PO3. The absorbency disparity of P[ NaAA/AM/DMEMA-EB]is unremarkable in KCl, KBr and KI salines. However, the difference of P[ NaAA/AM/DMEMA-EB] absorbency is great in MgCl2, CaCl2 and BaCl2 or NaNO3, Na2CO3 and Na3PO3 salines. The order of absorbency is MgCl2 〉 BaCl2 〉 CaCl2 ,Na2CO3 〉 Na3PO3 〉 NaNO3 when I ( ionic intensity) is under 5 ×10^-3mol/kg and Na3PO3 〉 Na2CO3 〉 NaNO3 when I is over 5 ×10^-3mol/kg.
