摘要
建立了16V396TE54柴油机仿真模型,针对该机型大排气背压和大进气阻力的使用工况,开展涡轮增压器和压缩比的优化匹配仿真分析,并进行了实机性能试验,二者结果相吻合,优化匹配后的柴油机各性能参数在要求的范围之内,能够满足在大排气背压和大进气阻力工况下使用的要求。
A simulation model of the 16V396TE54 diesel engine was built up. Under the operating condition of large exhaust gas counter pressure and large intake resistance, the optimum matching simulation analysis for the turbocharger and compression ratio was carried out. Performance experiments were done on a diesel engine, and the results coincide well with the simulation results. The performance parameters of the diesel engine were in reasonable range, and it can meet the requirement for large exhaust gas counter pressure and large intake resistance operating condition.
