摘要
针对TBD234柴油机应急发电机组气马达驱动齿轮端面打毛的故障,经过多次试验分析,查出故障根源为气马达控制电磁阀的耐压值低,并从结构和工艺上分别采取措施,使故障得以排除。
TBD234 diesel emergency genset's air motor drive gear met with the wearing of its surface . After times of experimental analysis, it was found out that the control solenoid valve's low withstand-voltage value led to this failure. Both structure and technology were improved to successfully eliminate the failure.
