摘要
采用测量柴油机表面振动速度的方法对其进行了表面噪声源识别的研究。首先确定了柴油机各主要噪声辐射部件,并分别测量了其表面振动速度,分析了各部件的振动特性,通过表面振动速度计算了各主要噪声辐射部件辐射的声功率和它们对总噪声的贡献量,从而识别该柴油机的主要表面噪声源,最后提出了相应的降噪措施。
An experimental study on the identification of engine noise source by the method of surface vibrat technique was carried out. Firstly, the main noise components of the diesel engine were identified and their surface vibrations were measured through experiments. The acoustic powers of the noises radiated from various components of engine were estimated with the vibration velocity as well as their individual contribution to the overall noise of the engine. Thus the main sources of surface noises of the engine were identified. Finally, a series of methods for the noise-reduction are proposed.
