摘要
针对增压直喷柴油机开展废气再循环(EGR)技术的研究与应用,依据柴油机EGR控制系统的工作特点和功能要求,进行了控制系统的硬件电路设计和控制软件编写,实际控制效果良好,有效降低了氮氧化物的排放。
Exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) has been researched and used in a turbocharged direct injection diesel engine. According to the operating characteristics and function requirements of EGR control system for diesel engine, the circuit of EGR system were designed and the control program were compiled. The control effect of EGR system turned out to be good and can effectively reduce NOx emissions.
