摘要
运用虚拟样机技术对某新型大功率自动同步离合器进行建模仿真,模拟了其运行中棘轮棘爪碰撞和主从动齿啮合的两个重要过程,所得出的参数为物理样机的制造提供了理论依据。
Modeling and simulation of a new type big power synchro-self-shifting clutch were carried out based on virtual prototype technology. The two important process which are impact process of pawl and pawl wheel and synchronizer process of the clutch were simulated to obtain relative parameters. The results provide theortical foundation for the manufacturing of the prototype clutch.
