摘要
采用有限元计算和试验方法,建立了橡胶隔振器静动刚度与橡胶硬度之间的关系,根据隔振器刚度失效准则,确定隔振器的失效硬度。在船舶上只需要使用硬度计就可以及时判断隔振器的失效状态,简化了隔振器的实船失效状态评估。
Finite element calculation and experiments were used to obtain the relationship between rubber vibration isolator's static-dynamic stiffness and rubber's hardness. Vibration isolator's failure hardness is determined according to its stiffness failure criteria. The failure status on board can be easily judged by hardnessmeter, which simplifies failure prediction of vibration isolator.
