自尊两因素理论是西方自尊心理学的基础理论。作为基础理论,它对自尊心理学的发展起到了奠基作用。一百多年来,许多学者对自尊两因素理论做了深入研究。本文是在总结前人研究的基础之上,对自尊两因素理论在形成、变化、临床实践及其未来走向这几个方面做概括性阐述,目的是为我们研究自尊提供借鉴与参考。

The two-factor theory of self-esteem is a basic theory in the field of self-esteem of Western psychology. It not only plays an important role in theory, but also has a significant implementation in schools＇ education. From the angle of historical development, this article introduces the formation of this theory, its evolutionalry course during different periods, clinical practice in schools and workplaces, as well as its future development. Moreover, this article intends to provide a valuable reference for studies in this field.
